Spire Server
Supported Operating Systems:
- Windows 10 (not Home editions)
- Windows 11 (not Home editions)
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2022
- Windows Server 2025
Note: A 64-bit operating system is required for Spire Server. Browsers that are not HTML5-compliant, such as Internet Explorer 11, will not work due to Spire's extensive use of HTML5.
**It is HIGHLY recommended that Spire Server and Spire Data is installed on the System Drive.**
Hardware Requirements:

Note: Light use Spire Sever implementations can use Minimum requirements. However, for implementations of 5+ users or a databases larger than 1 GB, recommended requirements are strongly advised.
Spire Desktop
Supported Operating Systems:

Note: A 64-bit operating system is required for Spire Desktop 3.0 and higher. Browsers that are not HTML5-compliant, such as Internet Explorer 11, will not work due to Spire's extensive use of HTML5.

Note: Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 may still work in some cases. However, upgrading is crucial as these operating systems are no longer supported by Microsoft and do not receive security updates. Spire no longer tests these systems. Use them at your own risk!
