As of Spire version 3.11.2 and 3.10.10, Users are no longer have the ability to remove BCC address in an email dialog when it has been set in Company Settings and/or User Settings.
The Spire Administrator sets BCC addresses for a reason, and users should not have the ability override this. If users want their own BCC addresses, instead of the one in Company Settings, the administrator must leave the BCC field blank in Edit Company, Email, and Edit User, Email.
The Email module added in Spire version 3.9, all created and sent emails are kept within Spire. Users with permissions to access the Email module are now able to access email for tracking purposes reducing the need for BCC addresses.
