Set the Import Type to User Defined Fields.
Then select a Link Table in the dropdown.
The Spire Fields will then poplate with the existing User Defined Fields for that module.

Note:
If using the GL Account Link Table, put the entire GL account for the Link No.
For example from Inspire Health, it could be "000 11110" (Division Account).
