Set the Import Type to User Defined Fields.
Then select a Link Table in the dropdown.
The Spire Fields will then poplate with the existing User Defined Fields for that module.

Below is an example where the database has four User Defined Fields set up in Inventory.
Note:
If using the GL Account Link Table, put the entire GL account for the Link No.
For example from Inspire Health, it could be "000 11110" (Division Account).
