A Spire user may attempt logging into Spire and see an error message stating "Account has been locked out.  Retry in...".  This means that the user has typed the password wrong multiple times.

Steps to Resolve:

1. You can wait however many minutes is asked and type the correct password after failure time is cleared. The failure time will double each time you type the wrong password. Please be careful to watch your caps lock.

2. Log in as another user and change the password for the user that is having this problem. This will reset the timer and go back to letting you try it 5 times before you get locked out.
