Problem


An error code 0x80043ac3 occurs on one or more workstations when viewing/printing reports.




Solution


This Crystal Reports error may be caused by the temp folder being too full or not having proper permissions in place.  Review the Windows Temp folder located at:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\temp


...If when attempting to open this folder you receive a file access error requiring administrator privileges then after saying "OK" and providing the requested privileges you should be able to see the folder.  Now with proper access in place you will be able to view reports normally in Spire.

..If folder is full you may delete as many files in this folder as required.  These are temporary files and will be replaced by software that utilize it.
